The Parkhouse Nishi-Shinjuku Tower 60 is on Sale

An initial offering of 325 units were sold immediately – it shows how “hot” this development is. Tokyo’s tallest residential tower , The Parkhouse Nishi-Shinjuku Tower 60 is on sale. It’s eyeing for its completion in 2017 and will be the second tallest residential building in Japan (208m – slightly behind the tallest The Kitahama Tower in Osaka – 300m).

The location is one of the advantages that creates a momentum of popularity. The building is situated in the neighborhood of bustling Shinjuku and yet, Western Shinjuku’s more subtle environment makes living more comfortable. An access to the public transportation is not an issue – Marunouchi and Oedo Subway Line stations are within 10minutes walk and Shinjuku Central Station is 18 minutes walk.

A total of 954 units will be built and 777 units are to be offered to prospective buyers in phases. The price range for the first phase was from JPY 60,180,000 to 349,000,000 for 62.58SQM-156.99SQM.
