The World’s Largest Sovereign Wealth Fund Invests on Real Estate in Japan

The Government Pension Fund of Norway, the largest SWF in the world with an asset of USD 833 billion, announced that it expands its portfolio to include real estate in Japan.

The expected investment amount will be in a range of USD hundred million and acquisition target is expected to be office and commercial buildings.

The SWF’s Tokyo office is to be launched and the first acquisition will be made within a few years time.
