Taiwanese appetite to Japanese residential property seems to be booming ever before. Taiwan Realty, one of the major Taiwan-based real estate brokerage firms, announced that it will open its Osaka office this year.

The company opened its Tokyo office in June 2014, and it is targeting to secure its 20% of revenue from Japan in 2015. The group also has  2 other overseas offices -Los Angeles and Vancouver.

Aside from Taiwan Realty, a Taiwan-based Sinyi Realty also operates in Tokyo. Sinyi has been based in Tokyo since 2009 and its sales revenue reached to JPY 30 billion in 2014.
