Osaka is to launch sales of 55 story condominium with a state of art anti-earthquake technology. The Park House Nakanoshima Tower, developed by Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, is situated in Nakanoshima District of Osaka. Nakanoshima is an isle, surrounded by two Dojima River and Tosa River, and it is located 1km away from Osaka Station.

The condominium accommodates a base-isolation system for anti-earthquake measure.

The total unit is 894 with the size spanning from 40.77SQM to 148.51SQM. The expected completion is October 2017.
