A haunted house with a freakily green painted wall (as shown above image) was sold for AUD 1.5 million in Melbourne.

11.4% of residential sales in Melbourne in 2014 (as of December 2014) broke AUD 1 million barrier – up from the 2013 figure of 9%, news.com.au reported.

The “green house” is located at 86 Truganini Road Carnegie (14 km from the city’s downtown) with 847 SQM land.

Another transaction, located at 15 Parker Street Richmond, with 215 SQM of land was auctioned for AUD 1.1 million. The house literally require a major interior and exterior renovation. Yet, these transactions proves that even an extra cost on flipping is worth paying over million dollars.
