Tokyo Housing supply of central 3 wards in Tokyo declined 17.9% from 2013, The Tokyo Metropolitan Government reported. The central 3 wards include Chuo-ku, Minto-ku, and Chiyoda-ku. The data includes all types of residential unit, including house, condominium, government/company owned staff residence.

Over the last decade, the number has been very turbulent. Prior to Lehman shock, the the central 3 wards experienced a petit-bubble, and the construction unit reached over 20,000 in 2004. There has been a graduate increase from 2008-2013, but there was a drop on 2014.
